It’s really hard to sit still and not to dance around the room while I’m typing this. I’m so stinking excited! My book got published today!

It’s all about sourdough (what a surprise 😂) and features about 20 different creatures. How they are spawned, how they work, what they do best. And every single one comes with recipes.

There’s also a troubleshooting section offering sourdough first aid, methods to influence the sourness, recipes for using up the discards, and so much more.

It all started when it was announced that my favorite bread baking group on facebook was about to close. So I copied my old posts to save my recipes and smartass moments, and the book kinda just happened. I hadn’t realized I had posted SO MUCH STUFF! Of course, I kept experimenting in the kitchen even after the group was closed. And that pile of notes grew…

It took me a while to get everything into a some what logical format, but now all my creatures have a permanent home in book form 📖.
