  I’m in cookie mode at the moment. There’s lots of christmas baking going on, and only half of the stuff makes it here. Today, it’s sour cream cookies. Come on over and have a few if you like.

• Waffle Iron Cookies

  

  You don’t need a full kitchen to bake cookies. When I bake with the kids at work, we often just use a waffle iron to make sturdy yet tender cookies. Of course, we make enough to feed an army – or a whole bunch of pre-schoolers.
