• Waffle Iron Cookies

  

  You don’t need a full kitchen to bake cookies. When I bake with the kids at work, we often just use a waffle iron to make sturdy yet tender cookies. Of course, we make enough to feed an army – or a whole bunch of pre-schoolers.
